How to buy on Harib
Find the electronics you need from trusted sellers.
- 1Browse listings on the Explore page, or search for what you need.
- 2Filter by category, condition, price range, and location.
- 3Tap on a listing to see full details, photos, and seller info.
- 4Message the seller to ask questions or negotiate.
- 5Meet up locally or arrange delivery — inspect before you pay.
- 6After the deal, leave a review to help the community.
How to start selling
List your electronics and reach serious buyers.
- 1Go to your profile and tap "Become a Seller" to set up your seller account.
- 2Choose between Individual or Business seller — businesses get a storefront.
- 3Tap "New Listing" from the seller dashboard or the + button.
- 4Add clear photos, select the right category, and fill in the specs.
- 5Set your price and condition honestly — buyers trust accurate listings.
- 6Publish. Your listing is now live and searchable.
- 7Respond to messages quickly — fast replies lead to more deals.
How to post a brief
Tell sellers what you're looking for and get offers.
- 1Go to Briefs and tap "Post a Brief".
- 2Describe what you want — be specific about model, condition, and budget.
- 3Choose a category and set your budget range.
- 4Set urgency: ASAP, This Week, This Month, or Flexible.
- 5Publish. Sellers can now see your brief and send you offers.
- 6Review incoming offers, shortlist the best ones, and message sellers to finalize.
How to use the Community
Ask questions, share recommendations, and connect.
- 1Go to Community from the main navigation.
- 2Browse existing posts — questions, recommendations, and discussions.
- 3Tap "New Post" to start a discussion.
- 4Choose your post type: Question, Recommendation, or Discussion.
- 5Write a clear title and body. Add images if helpful.
- 6Engage with replies — the best answers rise to the top.
- 7Upvote helpful content to surface it for others.
How to become a seller
Set up your seller profile and start listing.
- 1Sign up for a Harib account if you haven't already.
- 2Go to your profile and tap "Become a Seller".
- 3Choose "Individual" for personal selling, or "Business" if you run a shop.
- 4Business sellers: add your shop name, description, and gallery photos.
- 5Set your preferred location — buyers use this to find sellers nearby.
- 6Complete your profile with a bio and avatar — trust starts with a face.
- 7You're ready to list. Go to Seller Dashboard to manage everything.
Quick tips
Small things that make a big difference.
Good photos sell faster. Use natural light and show all angles.
Price fairly. Check similar listings to see what others are asking.
Reply within a few hours. Slow responses lose deals.
Use specific keywords when searching — "RTX 4070" works better than "GPU".
Leave reviews after every deal. It helps sellers build trust.
Meet in public places. Inspect items before paying.
